How it Works

Northcoast Hotel Liquidation specializes in the purchase and removal of all guest room and common area furnishings. We are able to service complete or partial guest room liquidation, of any size, and even offer the service of placing new furnishings in your hotel. With over one hundred years of combined experience in hotel liquidation, we have liquidated thousands of guest rooms in over forty states. Our goal is to help make your renovation go smoothly with as little disruption to your hotel operations as possible. We are here to accommodate you!

After initial contact, we will visit your property and take a look at a sampling of the items that you want to replace. Within two days, we provide you with proposal tailored to fit the specific needs of your project. For example, we can remove between fifty and one hundred mattress & box spring sets, and then replace them with new sets the same day, enabling you to rent those rooms that night. We have an experienced crew who will remove the furnishings from your property in an expedient manner. Northcoast can help you to recoup some of your renovation costs, by doing the moving for you.

We hold wholesale sales several times a year that are designed for hotel owners. Additionally, public sales are held every Saturday at our warehouse. We can ship anywhere in the United States.
